Yes we can. Contact us with any ideas you might have for a domain name you would like. We can check the availabilty of the domain using .com, .ca, .biz or some other known extension. We will email you back with a list of what is available, along with some suggested alternatives if the domain you wanted is taken. Once you have indicated your domain of choice, we can register it for you. |

I am with another host and wonder if you can help me transfer my accounts? |

Yes, we can provide transfer assistance. Contact us with the domain name, current registrar or host, username and password for each account you want transferred. We will require this information to determine if transfer is possible. If it is, you will be notified by email and requested to give permission for the transfer. |

How long does it take to setup an account after I order? |
|
If you order during normal business hours ( 9am - 5pm EST Monday - Friday ), it can be setup within the same day. If you order after business hours, it will be setup the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend may experience a slight delay. Orders requiring registration of a new domain name will take approximately 48 hours to take effect. Design of custom artwork and graphics such as logos etc. will require at least 5 business days. The same applies to website template customization. Through the services offerd by PayPal, we accept all major credt cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. We also accept Paypal, Money Order, Cashiers Cheque, and Personal & Business Cheque. All mail-in payment must be drawn in Canadian funds. |
